Nature of the work
ANIMA's retreats and the Programme are personal-development experiences rooted in breathwork, ceremony, physical practice, and structured integration. They are not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for either. Applications
Submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance. Joe reviews every application personally and selects participants based on fit. If accepted, full terms — including pricing, scheduling, and the cancellation policy — are shared in writing before any payment is taken.

All content on this site — including written copy, photography, video, the ANIMA wordmark, and the logo — is the property of Joe Butler and ANIMA. It may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
